After a somewhat gloomy start to the year it's good to see a bit of sunshine, and even better to see our members over tasty food and drinks! Here's what we've currently got planned for March...
Our next event is brunch club at Le Bon Café this Saturday 8th February (11am, £2). This is one of our regular favourites, with a great selection of traditional breakfasts as well as an intriguing set of Moroccan dishes. The Moroccan pancakes are highly recommended for a lighter brunch, and the tagines are excellent if you want something rather more substantial - though the big fry-ups are always a popular choice too. https://www.meetup.com/croydoneatsout/events/306067493/
On the same afternoon we'll be dropping into Riff Raffs on George Street (2pm, free) for drinks. This is a very friendly bar that has a good selection of craft beers and ciders as well as teas, coffees and other hot drinks. Following that is our monthly trip to The Green Dragon for pub grub on Tuesday 11th March (7pm, free). The menu changed last month so there are plenty of new dishes to try, though if you fancy coming along just for a drink that's also fine - this is a very casual event and a great one to mingle and chat at. Up next is Drinks and Nibbles on Tuesday 20th March (7pm, free). This event is held at a different venue each month and is another chance to mingle over food at drink at one of Croydon's many excellent pubs. Rounding out the month is dinner club at Mahala on Tuesday 25th March (7pm, £2).
